Cold Brew is Great! Especially, during one of those Super Fun, late May, heat waves. So today, we are kicking off Cold Brew season, and will have it, fresh and pleasantly, deliciously, mild and strong all summer long.
As often as we can, we will have the same bean/blend brewed hot and cold, so that you can taste the difference, and develop that discerning and perceptive palate, that I just know, you have.
In all seriousness, surely, if you have questions about brew methods and your process and procedure, please ask. We built this space to hang out and talk coffee, and it is our favorite thing. Grind, ratios, temps, origins, and much more, are all things that we can secretly google and pass on to you.
